North Gate

As many residents have noticed, the North Gate in the entry circle suffered damage.  It is currently under repair, and we’re working with the vendor to get it fixed as soon as possible.

New Update – Southern Gate in Entry Circle

The Board would like to update residents that as of 11/30/22, the Southern gate has been repaired. Thank you for your patience.

As some residents have noticed, the Southern gate in the entry circle has not been able to close properly.  We’ve been in contact with our vendor, and they are waiting on the replacements parts needed to repair the gate. 

As soon as they arrive in, our vendor will send out a tech right away.

Concrete Repairs – Beginning Monday 8/29/22

The Board would like to let all residents know that concrete repairs will be starting on Monday, August 29th.  Our vendor will be working in sections until the entire complex is covered.

Grinding, Crack repair, and Joint repair:

Starts Monday August 29th. This work will take the whole week to complete, and will not block any access for the residents.

Replacements:

Starts Monday September 5th. This work will take all week to complete. It will block access, so the vendor will post a notice at each location one-week before they start. Additionally, they will mark out the locations with orange spray paint.
