Hello and welcome to the website for the Lakeside Garden Grove Homeowners Association.

Your current HOA board has created this site for all homeowners and renters so that everyone has equal access to important Information, i.e.; Rules & Regulations that govern all residents of Lakeside, the C.C.& R’s, security and police phone numbers (who to call and when), management personnel listings, job titles, phone and email addresses etc., parking rules & safe listing procedures and more.

The website will regularly list our Lakeside Monthly Newsletter, a schedule of up-coming HOA meetings and events.  Additionally, we will also include updates with images of the on-going progress of the current Refurbishment project.  For community members that do not have access to the internet, we will continue the customary printing and posting throughout the community.  When the Refurbishment project is completed, we will continue to post updates on the bulletin board at the large pool giving all Lakeside residents access to most of the same information available on this website.

As you tour the site, you will see that areas of interest are marked with bold, easy-to-read headlines and tabs so you can find the information you need quickly and easily.

We encourage you to take a tour and become familiar with the different areas and information available.
