The Lakeside Garden Grove Homeowners Association Board of Directors are volunteers who’ve been elected to serve and perform a range of duties. Primary duties of the board members involve attending meetings and making decisions on HOA matters. Board members are currently elected once a year and serve one-year terms. The meetings they attend are monthly, but can vary based on need. Board members can call emergency meetings if business must be discussed outside their regular meetings, including property damage issues and residential safety.

Patrick T.
President
Patrick has served as “President” since September 2011. His duties include:
• Represents the HOA Board before the residents
• Is authorized to sign contracts on behalf of the community
• Oversees the day-to-day administration of association
• Presides at all meetings
• Fields requests from residents with concerns or interests
Vice President
Brett has served on the Board since summer of 2021. His duties include:
• Performs duties of the president in his absence
• Serves on the architectural committee
• Serves as liaison with vendors when possible
• Serves on the architectural and landscape committees
Secretary; Chairman Communications Committee
Jill has served as “Secretary” since March 2014. Her duties include:
• Serves as chairman of the Communications Committee
• Posts monthly updates on website
• Maintains HOA website
• Approves minutes of meetings and official documents
• Serves on the architectural committee
Treasurer; Communications Committee member
Patty has served as “Treasurer” since January 2017. Her duties include:
• Oversees proper financial reports
• Serves on the architectural and landscape committees
• Reviews the budget
• Reviews quarterly income and expense statements
• Reviews operating and reserve accounts
• Serves as a Communications Committee member for website
Member at Large
Joanne is our newest board member serving since May 2023. Her duties include:
• Participates in HOA board meetings
• Assists on special projects
• Serves as liaison between community members and HOA board
• Serves on the architectural committee
• Fifth voting member of the HOA board
