The Board would like to let all residents know that concrete repairs will be starting on Monday, August 29th. Our vendor will be working in sections until the entire complex is covered.
Grinding, Crack repair, and Joint repair:
Starts Monday August 29th. This work will take the whole week to complete, and will not block any access for the residents.
Replacements:
Starts Monday September 5th. This work will take all week to complete. It will block access, so the vendor will post a notice at each location one-week before they start. Additionally, they will mark out the locations with orange spray paint.
Also, replacements at (10550-A) and (10580-J) may have tree issues. There might not be a way to pour in a new sidewalk too close to a tree. We are checking on this and will update residents as soon as possible.
Please be watchful of the crews while they work, and give them as much space as possible.
