The Board would like to announce that our new Parking Program will begin on Monday, May 1, 2017. A letter was recently mailed out to all homeowners regarding the dates and times of when & where you can pick up your parking sticker. Here is a copy of the letter:
Enclosed please find the Parking Regulations that were recently revised and adopted by your Board of Directors that become effective May 1, 2017. Please discard the old Parking Regulations that are a part of the Rules & Regulations, and replace them with these new Parking Regulations. Owners that rent their units are required to forward a copy of these new rules to their tenants. Owners will be responsible for non-compliance of the parking rules by their tenants, guests, or residents of the unit. Due to the limited number of guest parking spaces, these new Parking Regulations will be strictly enforced.
The board is implementing the “Parking Program” in accordance with the newly adopted Parking Rules that require all residents to register vehicles parked in their deeded parking space(s) by completing the enclosed “Vehicle Registration” form. Only Non-resident vehicles or “Safe-listed vehicles” will be permitted to park in guest parking. All other vehicles will be subject to immediate tow and/or the homeowner will be fined.
Guest parking is limited to a maximum of forty-eight (48) hours. Parking Permits are to be picked up on one of the following dates listed below. You must bring your completed “Registration Form” with you in order to receive a parking permit sticker:

The following is the procedure for obtaining a parking permit sticker:
- Please bring photo identification, valid registration, and completed registration form

PLEASE NOTE: ANY HOMEOWNER OR TENANT VEHICLE PARKED IN GUEST PARKING AFTER MAY 1, 2017 WILL BE SUBJECT TO IMMEDIATE TOW AT THE VEHICLE OWNER’S EXPENSE AND/OR THE UNIT’S OWNER MAY BE FINED.
