Update – Cleaning Our Streams

The Board would like to let residents know that we are currently working with our stream vendor to finish cleaning out the bio-filters and filling the streams again (especially near buildings 10610, 10590 and 10580).

We are also working on completing the repairs near building 10520.

NOTICE & AGENDA – BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEETING

Civil Code §4930: The Board may not discuss or act on any item at a non-emergency meeting unless the item was placed on the agenda included in the notice that was posted and distributed pursuant to subdivision (a) of Section 4920.

EXECUTIVE SESSION:

Mailbox Repair

As some residents may have noticed, the mailboxes at 10620 were vandalized this past Monday morning.

Luckily, our cameras were able to locate and document the incident. We have also informed the U.S. Post Office.

In the meantime, we are working on replacing these mailboxes with the stand-in version like the ones at the front of the complex at 10530.  And we’ll have the new ones installed as soon as possible.

About Us

Lakeside is a 286-unit condominium complex, with 25 buildings, eight building types and seven floor plans. It was built in three phases, starting in 1982.

Included are two pools with Jacuzzi, streams and water feature areas.

Governed collectively by a Homeowners Association, with a Board of Directors and a management company for this community.
