The Board would like to update residents that as of 11/30/22, the Southern gate has been repaired. Thank you for your patience.
As some residents have noticed, the Southern gate in the entry circle has not been able to close properly. We’ve been in contact with our vendor, and they are waiting on the replacements parts needed to repair the gate.
As soon as they arrive in, our vendor will send out a tech right away.
