Annual Fire Hydrant Inspection – Thursday 5/26/22

The Board would like to let all residents know that our vendor, A&D Fire, will be performing the annual standpipe and Fire Hydrant inspection for Lakeside Garden Grove.

They will be onsite most the day on Thursday 05/26/22.

The Fire alarm system should not be effected, but may have a few false signals.

About Us

Lakeside is a 286-unit condominium complex, with 25 buildings, eight building types and seven floor plans. It was built in three phases, starting in 1982.

Included are two pools with Jacuzzi, streams and water feature areas.

Governed collectively by a Homeowners Association, with a Board of Directors and a management company for this community.
