The Board would like to announce:
Following the thirty (30) day review and comment period required by California Civil Code, and after consideration of comments from the membership, the Board of Directors adopted the Parking Rules & Permit Program (previously mailed to you) at a duly held meeting of the Board of Directors on Monday, February 27, 2017.
The newly adopted Parking Rules & Permit Program set forth specific parking rules, as of the date of adoption.
As a cost-saving measure, the newly adopted Parking Rules & Permit Program will not be mailed again. Please retain a copy of the Parking Rules & Permit Program dated January 12, 2017 (previously mailed to you) along with your other Association documents for future reference. If you would like a set emailed to you, please send your requests to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Also, please provide your tenants, if applicable, with a copy so they are aware of the Association’s Parking Rules & Permit Program.
